About Achieve Behavioral Healthcare – Delray Beach
Achieve Behavioral Healthcare was located in Delray Beach, Florida. This was an addiction treatment center that worked with men and women who had drug and alcohol use struggles. They offered care in an outpatient setting but unfortunately, they permanently shut down operations in 2019.
When they were open, they had what they called the Achieve Treatment Model. I find it promising that over 85% of their clients completed the Achieve Treatment Program through this model. Even more so, over 65% of those clients maintained their sobriety after they finished their treatment program.
The clinical services at Achieve were robust and highly individualized. You would have worked with addiction counselors to help you navigate your struggles, learning how to manage triggers, stressors, and other complex emotions. All clients went through a psychosocial assessment and evaluation to determine if there were any other underlying mental health struggles at play as well.
They personalized your care and case management further helped you get connected to the right services. Plus, your family and other loved ones would have gotten weekly updates from your case manager as well.
It’s this wraparound support that many people found helpful as they worked through their sobriety.
Their holistic support services stand out to me because they were diverse and would have helped guide you in the way you needed. For example, there was faith based support as well as a wellness and fitness program.
There was also a strong focus on recreational activity and community. Some of the ways this was provided was through regular outings to the zoo, sports games, and other community activities.
