You’ll receive instructions on how to continue to get this shot monthly for a year or take Naltrexone tablets daily. An in house social worker will work with you to set post detox goals for continued sobriety.
On day one of the detox program, patients complete paperwork, lab work, a physical exam, and case planning with a social worker and physician. Patients then go to their private room, which is equipped with WIFI, TV, and a private bathroom.
On the second day of the rapid detox program, patients go to the ICU. Here, they undergo the sedation detox procedure. Medical staff use medication to sedate the patient and purge the body of opiates. Patients are returned to their private room to sleep through withdrawals under close supervision.
