Their programs typically last for 30 days or longer. If you need to detox before starting their residential program, they offer medically assisted withdrawal management services. This keeps detox safe and as comfortable as possible.
During the residential program you’ll attend therapy sessions and use techniques like dialectical behavior therapy, psychoeducation and cognitive behavioral therapy. They also facilitate process groups and family therapy. Every type of session tackles addiction from a new perspective, ensuring you take a well rounded approach to recovery. You can attend group fitness classes or personal training sessions, massages, chiropractic appointments and physical therapy sessions.
