Alternatives Counseling Center is an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment center in a suburban corner of Southampton, New York in Eastern Long Island. They have programs here for adults and youths so you or your loved one can get treatment at any age.
This outpatient clinic has treatment plans for substance use disorder, but they also have other programs and services. They have prevention programs for early intervention to help young people avoid addiction. They also have other recovery services to help you establish a healthy and stable independent life. Depending on your addiction, this clinic may offer medication assisted treatment (MAT) that uses specialized prescriptions to reduce your dependence on substances like opioids or alcohol.
While everyone here will get individualized care, there are special programs for certain groups and needs. For example, there are programs for women, adolescents, and young adults. They have an impaired driver program here too. There’s a bilingual staff and services are available in Spanish.
