Evidence-based treatment interventions, holistic therapies, communication skills, trigger management, anger management, communication skill classes, recovery skill classes, and other psychoeducational classes are provided. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling are provided.
Upon completing the inpatient treatment program, many people need to continue a maintenance recovery program to help them maintain a sense of wellness and to also stay on top of their recovery. Mental health counseling, support groups, and alumni meetings are good sources of aftercare.
