The staff will have you following a daily schedule that supports your healing from addiction. You may participate in multiple group and individual therapy sessions throughout the day. Topics related to addiction that will be touched on include identifying your triggers, anger management, and developing relapse prevention strategies.

You’ll be able to receive support and encouragement from your peers who are also working on overcoming addiction. Your counselor may use evidence based therapeutic approaches such as dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to assist with your recovery.
