Arbour Counseling Services is a facility that provides mental health and substance abuse treatment in Lowell, Massachusetts. In the structured outpatient addiction program, you’ll receive treatment in a safe and therapeutic environment. You’ll participate in group therapy where a trained professional will lead discussions on topics related to early recovery skill building, stress management and life skills.

The program lasts four to six weeks with the length of treatment being determined based on your needs. Along with counselors, you’ll be provided with a primary care physician to monitor your health throughout your treatment.

The program also provides help with developing a crisis plan and connects you to community resources to support your recovery. Another community based service you’ll have access to is a recovery support navigator. Paraprofessional staff will help you understand your treatment options, provide temporary transportation to appointments and work collaboratively with your care team.
