About Arc House – Madison, Wisconsin

ARC House in Madison, Wisconsin, is a 15-bed residential treatment center for women. They serve women referred by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. There is no cost to this program for residents. They also offer day treatment and outpatient services in various other locations.

ARC House provides services for pregnant women or those with young children. They’re focused on maintaining healthy bonds and reducing out-of-home placements for kids. They also offer recovery services for survivors of prostitution or human trafficking.

They use the relational model of treatment which focuses on the importance of relationships in a woman’s life. Using positive peer groups, family and others in your circle, ARC House will help you consider your role and make strong networks in the community.

ARC House understands that trauma is common among its clients. So ARC works to make sure their treatment doesn’t retraumatize women. They also address the effects of trauma as part of your recovery plan.
