Presbyterian Medical Services is an Artesia, New Mexico, alcohol and drug rehab. They provide outpatient services for adults, families, couples, adolescents, and children. Voluntary and court ordered clients can access treatment for alcohol, drug, opioid, and co occurring disorders. Clients benefit from evidence based care, medication assisted treatment (MAT), and specialty behavioral health and court services.
Clients can live at home and receive treatment with their outpatient program. Their treatment approach utilizes specialized behavioral health programs, including assertive community treatment (ACT), multi systemic therapy (MST), comprehensive community support services (CCSS), psycho social rehabilitation (PSR), traditional healing, behavioral management services (BMS), and respite. They offer individual, group, family, and couples therapy to help clients develop relapse prevention skills and strengthen relationships, encouraging long term recovery. Medication evaluation and management and crisis services are also available.
Their medical professionals may utilize MAT coupled with therapy for clients with severe addictions. MAT alleviates withdrawal symptoms and cravings, aiding in sustained recovery.
Presbyterian Medical Services accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurers. This may include Cigna, Magellan Health, Wellmark, Aetna, Beacon, Anthem, and more. Out of network benefits often vary, so be sure to verify your insurance with your provider.
