Drug screenings will be performed at the facility periodically to make sure you’re staying on track with your recovery goals. If a drug screening comes back positive for substance use then staff members will figure out how to adjust the treatment plan for you to recover successfully.

This may mean moving you to a more intensive form of care if you require it. However, you don’t have to worry about losing access to the program. I like that no client will have their treatment ended for multiple positive tests as long as they’re seeking treatment and continuing to work toward sobriety.

The outpatient program will generally require meeting at the facility multiple hours a week and multiple days a week. You’ll participate in various group sessions to gain knowledge on tools such as coping skills and regulating emotions. It’s also a way for you to get support and receive insight from other peers on maintaining sobriety. In addition to receiving counseling at the facility, Aspire may recommend that you attend AA or NA meetings to help continue your success with recovery.
