About Azure Acres Recovery Center – Sacramento Outpatient Treatment
Azure Acres Recovery Center – Sacramento Outpatient Treatment is a substance use disorder treatment facility for adults, located in Sacramento, California. They are accredited by the California Department of Health Care Services, National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers, and CARF.
This center provides an intensive outpatient treatment program. While in this program, you will attend a weekly individual therapy session. During this time you will be guided through processing your feelings, how your recovery is going and setting goals. If you feel you need more than one individual session a week, that may be arranged.
You’ll also attend group therapy sessions. This program will last 6-8 weeks depending on your needs. During that time you’ll attend between 24 and 30 group therapy sessions. During these sessions you will discuss coping skills, feelings, relapse prevention, attitudes and anger management.
They also offer family sessions twice a month. These sessions help family members learn how to support their loved ones during their recovery.
After you have completed the outpatient program, they provide an aftercare program that meets once a week. You’re welcome to attend this group for the rest of your life.
