One thing that I really appreciate is that they are open round the clock and provide flexible options including day, evening and weekend programs.

They use an assessment process that involves a thorough analysis. This analysis takes roughly 90 minutes to complete. This comprises written tests, a structured diagnostic interview and a review of relevant supporting documentation. These include driving and employment records, drug test results and family history.

After assessments are completed they assist clients in navigating the proper referrals to structured outpatient education, intervention or treatment programs. The needs of the person and their family are taken into consideration when making referrals to residential or medically managed care facilities.

To address substance abuse issues, their discover program provides weekly group sessions over a 12 to 26 week period. Participants also attend one session of alcohol drug information school and individual counseling which is categorized as ASAM level I outpatient care.

For those who have completed an intensive program, they offer weekly continuing care groups. These sessions allow individuals to transition into continuing support with attendance determined by individual needs. The one exception is for people with a predetermined length of stay under deferred prosecution.

They provide a structured intensive outpatient program (IOP) that lasts nine to 12 weeks. Four days a week, the program offers two hour and fifteen minute group meetings. To meet different schedule needs, ASAM level II early morning and weekend sessions are also available.

As part of the ASAM Level .5 category, they also offer monthly monitoring sessions. By providing an alternative to harsh punishment, these sessions support individuals with mental health issues or substance use disorders as they work toward recovery.

This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Intensive Outpatient

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.

Intervention Services

Intervention services helps family or friends of addicts stage an intervention, which is a meeting in which loved ones share their concerns and attempt to get an addict into treatment. Professional intervention specialists can help loved ones organize, gather, and communicate with an addict. Sober Living Houses (SLHs), aka sober homes or halfway houses, are safe, substance-free, supportive living facilities for those recovering from substance abuse. Ideal for those who've just been through inpatient or outpatient treatment, SLHs are supervised environments with rules that support sobriety, such as curfews, shared chores, and therapeutic meetings. Residents are also often trained on life skills and coping skills to make it easier to transition into society.
