The medication-assisted treatment program combines FDA-approved medications with mental health counseling. Individual treatment plans are provided, and clients will regularly receive dosing from trained staff. The medications help treat withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings, lowering the chances of relapse or overdose.
Outpatient treatment supports MAT with counseling to work through underlying emotional and mental challenges that perpetuate addiction. Individuals with co-occurring disorders are also welcome to receive treatment at this location. If it is determined that a person needs a higher level of care, he or she may need to be referred to a treatment center that provides residential services or inpatient services.
