There’s a strong focus on the 12 Steps, and they offer a close-knit community and tons of support from evidenced-based therapy.

Addiction affects women in many unique ways with a lot of the causes of addiction being caused by past trauma, pressure from society and mental health struggles. In the daily structured schedule, there’s a mix of life skills training, community activities, spiritual reflection and therapy.
