Brian Hudspeth Counseling offers counseling for drug and alcohol dependencies as well as mental health treatment services. They are an outpatient clinic that treats children, adolescents, and adults.
They offer testing, SAP services and SAP evaluations, which are evaluations from a substance abuse professional (SAP) that you have to complete if you’re in a drug and alcohol program for the Department of Transportation.
They also have parenting support and help for adult children with parents who have addictions. You can get help from a TPAPN (Texas Peer Assistance Program for Nurses) assessment counselor as well. Aside from all this, they offer work-mandated substance abuse counseling and evaluations if your job is requiring you to complete that. They also offer forensic counseling or court ordered counseling, drug screening, and lab services.
If you have a DOT job and you’ve had issues with substance abuse that has removed you from duty, this clinic can provide you with accessible face-to-face SAP evaluations. This will give you the chance to meet with the counselor and find a plan to help you restore your job and get you back to work.
You can also get substance abuse family counseling, which gets the whole family on the same page with recovery, as well as specialized counseling for adult children of addicted parents.
While they offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and family counseling, which can help with a lot of trauma and negative behaviors, they also offer a plethora of other treatment options, including mental health services. You can do these counseling sessions in person or virtually, depending on your needs.
