Bridgeway Treatment Services is a unique Behavioral Health treatment facility that specializes in ‘Mindfulness’ combined with standard ‘disease model’ treatment. This format can be used in CD, MH or Co-Occurring (CO) CD & MH conditions to educate clients to better understand how their maladaptive self-destructive coping behavior is negatively affecting their lives. Bridgeway Treatment Services uses the evidence based practices of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address and identify overwhelming emotional states, as well as the skills necessary to self-regulate and address addiction and mental health triggers. This is accomplished by learning Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation Skills and Distress Tolerance Skills as a way to deal with the stressors that plague people with addiction, as well as mental health issues. These concepts are integrated with the disease model to educate clients on how to develop an overarching holistic approach to building a recovery plan that will last a life time. Bridgeway Treatment Services is certified to provide the following Behavioral Health Services: Outpatient Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, Mental Health Assessments, Drug & Alcohol Assessments, Individual Treatment, DUI Assessments, Group Therapy, Drug & Alcohol Information School (ADIS), Family Therapy Level I, Intensive Out Patient (IOP) (2yr Deferred), Brief Intervention Treatment Level II, Out Patient (Relapse Prevention), Case Management Level III and Out Patient (Monthly Maintenance).
