Their inpatient medical detox program helps you slowly wean off drugs in a safe, supervised manner. The whole process usually takes around five to seven days. When you’re finished, you can move into inpatient care.

The inpatient program lasts around 30 days and starts with a thorough assessment. Something I like about this facility is that they’ll make sure your treatment plan aligns with your personal beliefs. They also you want you to help select the type of recovery approach you use. The options they offer include the 12 step model, SMART Recovery, and holistic options like yoga.

In both inpatient and outpatient care, you can also attend individual and group counseling sessions. This gives you time to talk about your addictions, address issues you’re working through, and learn from others.
