Caring Choices is a division of the Central Louisiana Human Services District, a public organization that provides treatment for mental health and substance use disorders in Leesville, Louisiana. This facility used to be called the Leesville Mental Health Clinic. The city is known as the gateway to Fort Johnson and the Kisatchie National Forest. They prioritize treatment for pregnant women and those who use injectable drugs with services that are covered by the federal Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant.
