Centennial Mental Health Center – Railroad Avenue

Centennial Mental Health Center – Railroad Avenue is part of a nonprofit outpatient treatment organization serving the rural communities of Northeastern Colorado. They provide treatment for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. They have many outpatient centers, including this facility at 821 East Railroad Avenue in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Fort Morgan offers a lively music scene and a quaint downtown 80 miles from Denver.

The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. They also take military insurance such as TRICARE.
