Their trauma informed staff draws on evidence based therapies like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) and mindfulness to help clients cultivate better relationships with food and themselves.

The facility is set in a quiet wooded area in Oregon, providing a peaceful context for recovery. The clinic’s building has been designed to foster warmth and comfort, with specialized therapy rooms suitable for both individual and group therapy as well as mindfulness and relaxation practices.

The facility provides multiple levels of care to match different needs such as a partial hospitalization program (PHP). This program provides structured, intensive daytime treatment while allowing clients to return home in the evenings. They also have an intensive outpatient program which is a flexible treatment schedule for clients who need less intensive support but are trying to maintain work, school or any other responsibilities in their daily lives while receiving the care they need. The Center’s treatment options also include a private group for patients with binge eating disorders.
