Center for Family Life and Recovery

The Center for Family Life and Recovery in Rome, New York, delivers mental health, behavioral, and addiction treatment with their organization’s values of kindness, integrity, courage, efficiency, excellence, and purpose. They offer employee assistance programs, groups for families and youth, sexual abuse and sexual offender treatment programs, supportive care management and programs for adolescents and adults who struggle with addiction issues, no matter what that addiction may be.

The Center also provides PINS and IMPACT diversion programs for youth under the age of 18. These programs are designed for youth who are struggling with emotional, behavioral or addiction issues and may be involved with the criminal or family court system.
Treatment is offered in a holistic manner. Individuals are given the freedom and support to be able to be vulnerable and open about the things they are struggling with and can receive support through a cognitive behavioral therapy model.

Case management is offered to help provide resources for mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing. Employment, housing, and social services resources can be accessed through the center. Whether you are an adult trapped in an abyss of depression and alcohol abuse, or a youth who has been caught in a web of self-harm and self-sabotage, there are programs and mental health professionals available to help you get back on the right track. Dealing with past trauma, learning life coping skills, and developing a healthy plan for the future are all a part of the treatment process that will give you a brighter, healthier future.

The Center for Family Life and Recovery also offers an impaired driving program. This program is not covered by insurance. The program costs $233.00. To sign up for this program you must visit your local DMV.
