Center for Life Management or CLM is in Salem, New Hampshire. They aim to provide comprehensive mental health services for all. They serve adults, children, adolescents, young adults and families. CLM tries to bring a whole life approach to incorporate mental and primary health care.

They provide therapy and evidence based mental health treatment programs as well as acute care, crisis support and medication based treatments. They also offer community based and family programs. This includes a Child Impact Program that helps parents better understand how divorce and custody change can affect their children. They also have a specialized program called Collaborative Care Services that helps individuals who not only deal with mental health problems but also have intellectual or developmental disability issues as well as brain trauma or Autism. They offer a breakthrough therapy for depression called Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation or TMS which treats major depression without medication and might offer new hope to people having a hard time battling depression.

One client who’s been going to CLM for four years and counting says the whole collaborative team saved his life. A parent of a client who has high functioning Autism, anxiety and PTSD said CLM has taught their child coping skills and never once pushed medication on them but they were open to exploring that if needed.
