Center of Life Management is a multidisciplinary healthcare practice in Derry, New Hampshire. They also have some newer treatments that don’t involve talking or groups. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy uses magnets to stimulate different neural-pathways in your brain to change behaviors.

They have acute adult services which help during crises. These work similarly to an emergency room but for mental health care. The services are provided by mental health and substance abuse trained staff, and the facility offers a more welcoming atmosphere than an emergency room. It gives you a place to turn where you know you are being seen by staff trained in mental health first aid for crisis.
