Chestnut Health Systems Collinsville Connections in Collinsville, Illinois, is a now-defunct center for mental health care and addiction treatment services. This particular site was part of the organization’s residential program for mental health. Care was offered to clients of all ages.

This organization used to provide various types of housing options for individuals with severe mental health issues. A fraction of the beds in their facilities were often reserved for individuals served in their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, while others were kept for individuals in their Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) program.
