About Clover House Women’s Center – Odessa
Clover House in Odessa, Texas has been helping people since 1969 and their goal is simple. They want to give people coming out of treatment the best shot at getting back on their feet. They offer both residential and outpatient programs.
They have a few different programs depending on where someone is in their recovery. Their transitional residential program helps men and women adjust to life outside of treatment while still having structure and support.
They also have an intensive relapse program where clients spend 37 hours a week in therapy focusing on relapse triggers and prevention. For those who are ready to live more independently but still need some guidance, they offer outpatient services where clients can continue working on their recovery while getting help applying what they’ve learned.
What stands out to me is how much they focus on real life success. It’s not just about getting sober but also about finding a job and becoming independent. In their transitional program, clients are encouraged to work while still meeting treatment requirements. That makes a big difference in helping people move forward.
The people running the programs are all trained professionals including licensed counselors and recovery specialists. They use a mix of therapy styles like cognitive therapy and 12 step models along with group and individual sessions. Everything is built around making sure clients leave with the tools they need to stay clean and rebuild their lives.
