You will be treated with group and individual therapy. They have both gender-specific and mixed-gender therapy groups here. The majority of people choose mixed-gender therapy as it offers a wider range of perspectives. However, some people feel more comfortable talking about private details of their lives with members of their own gender.
They have groups that focus entirely on a certain area of addiction. They offer sessions that focus on relapse prevention and those that concentrate on educating people about how drugs affect a person’s ability to make decisions. If you also suffer from a gambling addiction then they have a group session for that.
