At this facility they have an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for drug and alcohol addiction. The bulk of the IOP is group counseling which you’ll have for nine hours per week. In group you’ll talk about many challenges that arise throughout recovery, and you’ll share support with others who are in recovery. Along with group therapy you’ll have individual addiction counseling and addiction education. They provide case management, too, to help you establish your independent and sober life and to connect you with other resources you may need.
