This 10 bed facility is an intensive residential treatment program. During your stay, you’ll work toward stabilization alongside personal goals to establish a healthy routine and habits for recovery. Treatment takes place in individual and group settings, giving you both individual attention and the chance to support and collaborate with others in treatment.

I like the focus on dialectical behavioral therapy. There’s no one “right” therapy when it comes to mental health, but dialectical behavioral therapy is very skills oriented.
