It’s all about building up your motivation in a way that feels supportive. Your counselor will monitor your recovery progress, review or revise treatment plans as necessary and offer support.
Folks dealing with co-occurring psychiatric issues receive individual counseling that uses a seeking safety curriculum. This model equips you with tools and strategies to feel safe and cope with trauma while addressing your recovery needs. It supports you in building healthier relationships and finding stability in your life. This enhances sober living and relapse prevention.
