Confidential Recovery, located in San Diego, California, provides alcohol and drug rehab services to adult men and women. Their levels of care include intensive outpatient, traditional outpatient, and medication-assisted treatment.
The intensive outpatient level of care offers individual therapy, group therapy, evidence-based treatment interventions, holistic therapies such as hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and aquatic therapy, along with body-based therapy such as yoga. Each person attends treatment three times a week for three hours at a time. Personalized treatment plans are provided to address the unique needs each client faces. All individuals will be introduced to the 12 Steps and may actively engage in meetings.
The medication-assisted treatment program combines FDA-approved medications in combination with mental health counseling. Individuals will have access to case management services, regular dosing overseen by professionals, peer support, and individual therapy. The medications assist individuals and mitigating withdrawal symptoms, while the mental health therapy component of this program helps individuals address the mental and emotional aspects of their addiction. This program is provided on an outpatient basis.
