About Contra Costa County – Alcohol and Other Drugs Services – Martinez

Contra Costa Health is located in Martinez, California. They offer drug and alcohol prevention programs to adults and youth. Services are provided for low income families of Contra Costa county. MediCal and Medicare are accepted.

Outpatient services are offered to both youth and adults. Services are provided up to 9 hours per week. Intensive outpatient services provide 19 hours of treatment per week. Perinatal patients attend 30 hours per week. These programs offer counseling, patient education, crisis assistance and case management.

The withdrawal management and detox program is for adults only. The length of stay is typically up to five days. Medication assisted treatment is available for adults with an opioid use disorder. Short term residential treatment is available for adults and youth.

Once adult treatment has been completed you can receive recovery support services. These aftercare programs provide ongoing support for long term success.
