You will also have group therapy sessions. You will be able to discuss your issues with substances in a supportive environment with people who have the same experiences as you.

They have several different group therapy sessions to choose from. They also offer family group sessions if you would like to talk to your loved ones in the presence of a therapist.

Both group and individual sessions are about 50 minutes long. During your assessment, you and your therapist will talk about how often you will need to come in. They can refer you to sober living facilities and local 12-step meetings if you need them.
