CPC Integrated Health Helen Herrmann Counseling Center

CPC Integrated Health provides mental health and substance abuse treatment for children, teens, and adults. They have multiple locations across New Jersey, including the Helen Herrmann Counseling Center in Red Bank. At this center, they specialize in outpatient counseling services and medication assisted treatment.

You can participate in individual, group, or family counseling sessions. They usually take place every other week and can be combined with other psychiatric services. In each session, you’ll have the chance to talk about your addiction related feelings and behaviors. Your therapist will help you understand more about your condition and teach you healthy life skills.

If you need to meet more frequently, you can enroll in their intensive outpatient program. In this program, you’ll attend counseling three times a week for around three hours each time. Most people stay in this program for around 12 to 16 weeks, and it’s especially helpful if you’re struggling with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.

Something interesting about this location is that they can also administer FDA approved addiction medications to help reduce your pain, control your cravings, and lower your risk of relapse. Here, they offer Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone, and Campral. If you participate in this program, you’ll also receive counseling services to address the psychological components of addiction.
