Crash Inc is a drug and alcohol rehab facility for men in San Diego, California. It offers short term residential treatment for adults with substance use disorder. They have received their license and certification from the California State Department of Health Care Service. They accept Medi-Cal.
Although they offer short term care, the exact length of the program and the type of therapy you have will depend on the results of an assessment that you take upon entering their program. The men who live here get a bed and three meals a day. They perform chores daily in addition to attending classes and therapy.
The program is unique because it focuses largely on education. You’ll learn about the effects of drugs and alcohol on your body and mind. You will also learn the effect it has on other people. There are group activities for residents where you’ll learn to solve problems together. You may also receive vocational training while you’re there.
You will have individual therapy each day. It will focus on preventing relapse by changing your attitude toward your life circumstances. You will have group sessions as well as recreational activities with other people in the program. You can also have supervised visits with your kids.
