Crossroads Turning Points offers substance abuse and mental health treatment for adolescents and adults. You’ll find ’em located out in Pueblo, Colorado. They provide residential and intensive (IOP) and general outpatient (OP) services at their Baltimore campus. They also have a specialized program to help guests avoid incarceration and for pregnant or postpartum women. Your recovery starts with an assessment to determine the appropriate level of care.

The residential program provides a structured setting where you can solely focus on recovery. The outpatient service can work as a step-down program after completing residential care or for those who want the flexibility to live at home while getting treatment.

Medication assisted treatment (MAT) is available to lessen withdrawal symptoms and reduce drug cravings. They use FDA-approved methadone, Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Sublocade to make guests more comfortable during treatment.

Guests learn healthy coping skills that help them work through issues without relapsing or getting into trouble with law enforcement. They want to help each person have a solid foundation that supports recovery with the resources to maintain long-term sobriety.

Individual sessions offer a confidential setting to share issues that may hinder ongoing recovery. Group sessions allow opportunities with others who can share experiences and form a support network. That way, you’ll never feel alone, and they can stay with you even when you graduate from the program.

Peer support services are available to help guide you through the program for the most comprehensive treatment. These are people who have had similar experiences or struggles with addiction and can understand the unique problems you may face. They can also support your progress and help reduce feelings of isolation.
