Most clients continue to receive support via the outpatient program provided by Damascus House.
They offer both intensive outpatient care (IOP) and general outpatient services (OP). Both programs enable you to attend sessions from home while maintaining your work and family responsibilities. IOP is relatively more intense, involving nine hours of weekly therapy groups alongside individual sessions that last about 12 weeks. It is also ideal for clients seeking structured support other than residential care. OP is a step-down option involving about one-hour sessions weekly for 26 weeks.
