All Daymark Recovery facilities, including the FBC Iredell location offer what’s known as Tailored Care Management. This is a new community based service that has been in place since 2022, and it provides tailored care and access to the specialized services you need.
For example, you can get connected to prenatal care, specialized support groups, and access to wellness supports like social services that will improve your health and wellness.
These types of services make it easier for you to find and receive the therapies you need to address the unique struggles you’re living with.
