About Daytop Village Swan Lake – Swan Lake

Daytop Village Swan Lake was located in Swan Lake, New York. This was an outpatient treatment facility that worked with men and women who were experiencing struggles with their mental health or had an alcohol use struggle. There were also dedicated programs for veterans. Their Swan Lake location has since closed its doors after Daytop Village Swan Lake merged with Samaritan Village in 2015. Despite this, you can still receive services through one of the other Daytop Village locations throughout the state.

These locations carry on the quality healthcare that was provided in the other Swan Lake locations. In fact, their Samaritan location was ranked as one of the “Best Addiction Treatment Centers” in New York State in both 2021 and 2022.

They accepted policies from most insurance providers. They also had financial assistance available along with sliding scale discounts if you qualified.

When they were open, you would have found a community focused organization that was committed to helping you no matter your struggles with substance use. There were different counseling sessions available including group and individual counseling services.

Through this, clients learned different strategies and techniques to manage the struggles they were facing. They also worked with other individuals in recovery, building meaningful relationships and establishing a network of support to tap into when they needed it most.
