Upon admission, clients are assessed to determine the level of care needed for the client. Participants then engage in individual therapy where they will undergo cognitive and/or dialectical behavioral therapies that identify destructive thought patterns. Additionally, the client will enter group therapy to share their experiences with others to form a sense of community. The outpatient program lasts between eight to twelve weeks.

Aftercare support is provided to those who completed their program. Resources include relapse prevention skills, anger management classes, and 12-step education.

Dedicato accepts most major insurance providers like Aetna, AmeriHealth, Beacon Health Options, Behavioral Health Systems, BlueCross BlueShield, and Cigna. Furthermore, ComPsych, Humana, Magellan, Military OneSource, Optima, and Optum are also accepted. Those with out-of-network benefits are advised to contact their providers to verify coverage.
