DISC Village – Taylor County Human Services Center opened in 1971 and today operates in several locations in Florida, including Perry, in Taylor County. They provide a residential treatment community for adolescents and outpatient treatment services for adults. You can receive substance abuse intervention and prevention programs including addiction counseling and education services.

The personalized adult outpatient services include an adult drug court that helps reduce recidivism and increase public safety. They provide medication assisted treatment alongside counseling and case management services to help you make lifelong changes. The reentry and aftercare programs are coordinated with the state’s criminal justice system.

The program is licensed by Florida through the Department of Children and Family Services and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. As a nonprofit organization, they accept donations to help offer care when you are experiencing financial hardship. They are an in network provider for Medicaid. Although they do not file insurance, they will help you complete your insurance claims to cover services.
