DISC Village – Wakulla County Human Services Center in Crawfordville, Florida, is a private nonprofit substance use and mental health treatment center. They’re licensed through the state’s Department of Children and Families and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). The Wakulla County location has several youth based programs designed to serve those on a recovery journey.
Offering medication assisted treatment (MAT) with Suboxone and Vivitrol, they provide intensive outpatient services that meet three times a week. This involves individual and group counseling as well as peer support.
