This facility offers outpatient co-occurring substance abuse and mental health treatment for adults and adolescents.
This program is a medically supervised Article 32 curriculum that is age, gender, and culturally specific. Participants must be aged 15 or older. Daytime and evening sessions are available to accommodate all schedules. Treatment is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented with a focus on prevention strategies and a pathway for healthy productive living. Sessions consist of group and individual therapy, relapse prevention, vocational counseling, anger management, intimate partner violence therapy, parenting skills workshops, and family reunification groups. Medication-assisted treatment is available when needed. Program participants are connected to other community resources and services for further support.
