Evergreen Treatment Services in Renton, Washington, provides extensive wraparound services to help people recover from alcohol and substance use disorder. Their federally approved outpatient medication assisted treatment program helps adults experiencing addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. Their wraparound services support clients in finding medical, mental health and legal services.

After an initial assessment, clients are prescribed a craving reduction medication to help break the cycle of physical dependence on substances. They are also provided counseling and education to develop skills necessary for long term recovery. Because traditional treatment doesn’t meet the needs of everyone, Integrated Care Management coordinates care and services, including harm reduction and overdose prevention.

Evergreen is active in improving the lives of some of King County’s most vulnerable citizens. For adults who are experiencing co-occurring disorders and a lack of housing, the Vital team at Evergreen is part of the Familiar Faces Initiative to provide more intensive social and recovery services. The Intensive Care Management Team works to solve the complex and overlapping problems of homelessness, addiction and justice involvement.
