Family & Community Services (FCS) is located at Gougler Avenue in Kent, Ohio, which is easily accessible for locals and those from nearby areas. It is a facility where adults, adolescents and seniors seeking substance use recovery can come for assistance and treatment. They also offer recovery housing and other support.

Their counseling programs provide both mental and behavioral health support through individual and group counseling, case management and specialized recovery assistance for individuals affected by substance use or addiction.

Their Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) helps clients maintain a connection to their daily routines while receiving focused treatment. Alongside IOP, the facility offers psychiatric services and assessments to address substance use and other mental health issues. It also runs a senior outreach program that targets the unique challenges older adults face when dealing with substance use.

Court-ordered diversion programs give individuals facing legal issues an opportunity to enter treatment instead of being incarcerated. There are also classes that fulfill legal requirements so people convicted of crimes can get back on their feet. Family and Community Services offers a variety of these programs.

They have a Driver Education Class for those aged 18 to 21 who have been charged with underage OVI with a BAC under .08.
