After an assessment, you’ll be assigned to residential care or an outpatient program, depending on your needs. In both programs, you’ll get therapy in individual and group sessions, help with managing your meds, and family programs. That way, your family can be behind you 100 percent.

In addition to these traditional programs, they also have a few specialties. She Recovers is a fellowship program for women. This provides tips for parenting, social services to get basic necessities, and primary care. If you’re pregnant, they’ll support your prenatal care as well.

There’s also a sober living program if you need more structure. Here, they provide a stable home where you and your cohorts can work on your recovery.
