Footprints- Hamilton County provides substance use disorder treatment for men and women in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. They provide a full continuum of care on an outpatient basis that ranges from partial hospitalization to standard outpatient treatment.
Footprints- Hamilton County offers partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient, and medication assisted treatment.
The partial hospitalization program at Footprints meets five days a week from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. This service helps individuals through personalized counseling, group counseling, trauma treatment, addiction education, and life skills cultivation.
The intensive outpatient program at Footprints meets three days a week for three hours at a time. This service helps individuals through personalized counseling, group counseling, trauma treatment, addiction education, and life skills cultivation.
This program meets 1 -2 days a week for one hour at a time. Individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, case management, and aftercare groups are offered.
The medication assisted treatment program at Footprints is for individuals who would benefit from taking FDA prescribed medications that assist with the negative impact of withdrawal symptoms and that support lessening the chance of relapse over time. In conjunction with this treatment, all participants must be willing to participate in mental health counseling.
