If you are having a crisis related to substance use, they can treat you in their stabilization unit. It is a five to seven day program. They have a medical staff that can provide medication if you need it.
Four Rivers offers two different residential treatment facilities. The Fuller Center offers a coed 28-day program. The therapists here aim to discover the root of your substance issues. Centerpoint Recovery is a long-term care facility for men that focuses on relapse prevention and peer support.
Both facilities follow a 12 Step model. They also incorporate Recovery Dynamics which says that there are four basic dimensions to sobriety including health, home, purpose and community.
If you cannot attend a residential facility they offer intensive outpatient services. This involves coming in for treatment several hours a day a few times a week.
