Fulton State Hospital – Mental Health Treatment is a mental health hospital in Fulton, Missouri. It primarily offers mental health and behavioral health treatment in coordination with the justice system.

This hospital has three core treatment units. One is for high security and intermediate security patients and it’s called the Nixon Forensic Center.
