Vivitrol works by blocking the effects of opiates so that you receive no rewarding effects from taking opiates. Suboxone can also be effective by relieving your drug cravings by tricking your brain into thinking it’s still getting opiates.

You’ll have one on one counseling with a licensed therapist who will help you identify triggers and develop relapse prevention strategies. They may use dialectical behavior therapy and evidence based approaches to help you with emotional regulation and changing thoughts that discourage your recovery.

The staff will help coordinate your care by helping you get access to outside professionals, primary care providers and other community resources.
