About Grace House – Auburn
Grace House, part of the Unity House network, is a co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder treatment center in Auburn, New York. The center offers specialized treatment services to adult men and women struggling with addiction. A separate program is also available for women who are pregnant and/or have children aged five and under.
Their 16 bed sober living program provides a safe and sober community residence for men and women in recovery. Rooted in 12 Step principles, the program provides a nurturing environment with continuous staff and peer support. Staff develop individual recovery plans for each resident.
At Grace House, vocational services are provided to support individuals in achieving their employment goals. This includes vocational assessments, job training, career counseling, job placement assistance, and ongoing support to help individuals thrive in the workplace.
The supported living facility provided by Grace House offers continued drug and alcoholism treatment that helps clients transition back into society. Referrals may be made to Unity House branches for co-occurring mental health disorders.
